Job Purpose & Scope Responsible for maintaining general site security, greeting and directing visitors at Headquarter and Operations locations, and performs administrative duties in support of Corporate Security. Essential Job Functions Monitors and controls physical access entry points and provides appropriate access to employees, visitors, and vendors. This also includes addressing visitors on Bank property as needed. Greets people entering the area with a friendly and positive demeanor and anticipates needs, when appropriate, to exceed customer service expectations. Ensures the front reception area is always attended to, and there is appropriate coverage during periods of absence, not disrupting business operations. Maintains professional telephone etiquette and message delivery and ensures all matters are handled in a professional manner. Ensures messages are routed accurately and timely. Serves as the primary point of contact for department members. Creates security systems support tickets for system maintenance/service issues. Assists with shipping and receiving functions. Provides general administrative support and assistance to others in the department and responds to incidents as needed. Assists with general office administration and reporting of office maintenance and service support tickets to Corporate Facilities or appropriate vendors. Maintains inventory of office supplies, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to accept and respond professionally to feedback from others. Ability to make recommendations to improve and promote quality. Ability to treat others professionally and with dignity and respect. Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives. Ability to work without close supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work extended hours, as needed. Ability to lift packages up to 25 pounds. Ability to inspect company premises by walking and in vehicle as needed. Ability to respond quickly to incidents. Ability to demonstrate excellent polite, professional, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate effective organization and problem-solving skills. Skill in using computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, required. 2+ years of work experience as a receptionist/general administrative assistant or security console operations, required. 1+ year of experience using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, required.
