Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while fostering trust and transparency in security practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct thorough assessments of organizational security measures and provide actionable recommendations. - Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team knowledge on cybersecurity best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001. - Ability to analyze and interpret security policies and procedures.
