This role requires managing multiple aspects of project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating smooth collaboration across diverse teams to meet project milestones and client expectations. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain high standards of service delivery within a dynamic and evolving security environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security delivery processes and outcomes. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align security delivery objectives with broader business strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong expertise in project management methodologies and security frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex security challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Capability to adapt to evolving security landscapes and emerging technologies.
