This role requires continuous monitoring and coordination to maintain protection, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and support operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to align security measures with organizational objectives, adapting to evolving threats and client needs while fostering a secure and reliable service environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to enhance security service delivery and operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to promote best practices. - Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to build capability within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. - Experience in coordinating security operations and incident response across multiple client environments. - Ability to analyze complex security challenges and develop scalable solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
