The Role and What   You’ll   Do:   Based in New York, the   Senior Account Executive   will   join a dedicated account team and   be responsible for   supporting   the day-to-day partnership   coordination and activation   of a client’s sponsorship   portfolio   across multiple sports.   The role   involves direct interaction and communication with Client,   partners   and other agencies.   The Senior Account Executive will also provide support for client-communication responsibilities.   Assist   with the day-to-day management and strategic development of client’s sports sponsorship   Participate in the planning, implementation and measurement/tracking of sponsorship rights and assets – e.g., creative approvals, event   logistics , tickets/hospitality, guidelines and toolkits, imagery and video management,   premiums   and merchandise, etc.    Liaise with internal divisions, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors as needed in the execution of events to ensure activities and services and meet protocol and brand standar ds   Build and manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met within   allocated   timeframe   and budget   Manage the client and property approvals process   Create ,   maintain , and communicate   client-ready materials such as POVs, valuations, activation plans, competitive analyses, industry research, measurement tracking, and weekly reporting on current events,   trends   and intelligence   Assist   in management of evaluation process for new,   renewed   and prospective sponsorships, as well as the after-action performance measurement process based on established client objectives   Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed   (specific services could include ticket distribution, hospitality, guest relations, invitations, and client/property relationship management)   You Have These:   Bachelor’s degree   required   3-4   years of relevant agency, property (team/League), or client-based account management experience   Broad knowledge & e xperience working   i n   Sports and/or entertainment. Experience   with   basketball,   soccer   and/or action sports preferred.   Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with p rior experience with day-to-day relationship management of clients, agencies and vendors   preferred   Excellent attention to detail, time management,   written and oral   communication skills   Ability to problem-solve and provide solution-minded thinking   Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently as well as within a team toward common goals    Proficient in MS Office Suite   (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)   Ability to work flexible hours and travel for extended periods of time   In office 2-4   d ays   per  week   How we work:     160over90   is at the center of sports, media, and entertainment, and is a   largely relationship-based   business. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
