Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst - NIWC, to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.This position is five days onsite and requires an Active Secret Clearance. The Senior Analyst provides mid-level analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacific’s Finance and Corporate Operations organizations. This position supports financial reporting, business process improvement, strategic initiatives, portfolio management, and operational performance tracking. The analyst conducts research, analyzes financial and operational data, develops reports and dashboards, supports reconciliations, assists with governance documentation, and contributes to the development of executive briefings. The role requires the ability to work across multiple functional areas including Finance, Business Analytics, Total Force Management, Strategy Management, and Accountable Property support environments. At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
