This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who is passionate about building and growing consumer brands. You’ll support the execution of digital marketing programs across channels like social, search, retail media, and e‑commerce. This role is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn how brands scale across D2C, Amazon, and retailer.com platforms.

Responsibilities:
Digital & Performance Marketing Support
Assist in executing media strategies across channels such as paid social, paid search, display, and retail media
Help track and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
Support budget tracking and pacing in partnership with senior team members
Coordinate with agencies and partners on campaign setup and optimizations
E‑Commerce & Digital Shelf Support
Help maintain strong product presence online across Amazon and retailer.com
Assist in updating product content, imagery, and SEO elements
Monitor product detail pages (PDPs) for accuracy, consistency, and optimization opportunities
Support digital shelf initiatives, including ratings & reviews and search performance tracking
Website & App Support
Help review and optimize user experience across brand websites and apps
Support basic website updates, content refreshes, and QA testing
Track site performance metrics and surface insights for improvement
Collaborate with external developers to implement minor changes
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in pulling data for weekly and monthly performance reports
Help consolidate insights on media, e‑commerce, and website performance
Identify trends and areas for optimization
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
Minimum work experience:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, performance marketing, or a related field (internship experiences accepted)
Skills & attributes:
Familiarity with channels like social media, search, and e‑commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with interest in performance data
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
Comfort working in fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environments
Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to grow
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.
Dr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location.
