The DPS Studio places itself in a leading position to respond and adapt in a continuously evolving ecosystem to achieve Fidelity’s strategic goals, deliver best in class digital experiences to our customers, and provide exciting growth opportunities for our employees. careers.fidelityinternational.com About your role As Senior Associate – UI Design, you will be designing pixel-perfect UI for native mobile apps, creating (or participating in evolving) design systems, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes. This role is an expert in typography, color theory, grid systems, iconography, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, WCAG accessibility standards, and platform (design system) guidelines (such as, iOS, Material Design, etc). You are skilled in Sketch, Figma, and Axure with strong collaboration, communication, and UI auditing capabilities against different compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: • UI Design & Development o Design and implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. o Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality UI components. o Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards. • Collaboration o Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver seamless experiences. o Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Performance & Accessibility o Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. o Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards. • Innovation o Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and technologies. o Advocate for best practices in UI design and front-end development. Required Skills & Expertise: • Design Tools: o Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. • Responsive & Adaptive Design: o Ability to create mobile-first, responsive layouts. • Design Systems & Component Libraries: o Experience in building and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries. • Accessibility & Usability: o Knowledge of WCAG, ARIA roles, and inclusive design principles. • Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing • Effective documentation, annotation, version control & collaboration About you • 5+ years of experience in digital product design. • You are outcome driven and thrive in a multi-function environment. • You can effectively manage colleague and stakeholder relationships. • You lead from the front and help push innovations in projects and processes. • You are well aware about best practices in interface and interaction design. • You have an uncompromising eye for detail and thrive when designing for complex systems. • As per requirement, you are comfortable taking on the role of an independent specialist or a team player.
