Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must. · Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement · Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs · Hands on experience on use cases/BRD and other project artifacts related to requirement management, process improvements. · Experience on SDLC and agile methodologies. · Exposure to emerging technologies trends and its adoption within insurance industry · Thought leadership in areas of insurance trends, best practices, process optimization areas All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
