The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Business Development (BD) team plays a critical role in executing and accelerating our Product roadmap and strategy. The BD team is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization globally through partnerships. We do so by articulating partner strategies, identifying and executing the right deals, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives, in collaboration with Product Management and other cross-functional teams. The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions group develops partnerships and partner programs that support LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business. We are looking for a business development professional to play a critical role in growing high-impact strategic partnerships that accelerate our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. This role will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN) inventory partnerships. The ideal candidate will lead strategy, negotiation, execution and management for SSP, exchange, and publisher integrations—driving new supply acquisition, scaling existing partnerships, and ensuring ongoing health and performance of the LAN ecosystem. This person will possess relevant programmatic and adtech partnerships experience, and a proven ability to work with & influence key cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities: Establish new and grow existing relationships with leading Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), exchanges, and digital publisher partners. Leverage existing relationships and knowledge to create win/win alignment with partners which inform strategy and product roadmaps. Act as program owner and main point of contact of supply side partnerships, ensuring a high quality and healthy ecosystem that delivers on LinkedIn advertiser customer goals. Monitor and optimize supply quality and performance via data insights, SLAs, and escalations to internal teams. Coordinate deeply across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams to support roadmap, integration, and go-to-market strategies. Maintain awareness of global programmatic policy, privacy regulations, and market trends to inform strategy. Negotiate partnership agreements working with the Legal team & other cross functional colleagues to drive to decisions and commitment on deal points. Leverage data analysis and insights to develop strong business cases. Influence and engage with senior internal and external relationships. Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in partnership related role (e.g. Business Development, Partner Management) in a technology company Background in programmatic advertising with experience managing SSP, exchange, and publisher partnerships and technical integrations Preferred Qualifications : Strong knowledge of digital identity and addressability Experience driving new business initiatives and negotiating complex contracts. Experience in an analytical role or responsibilities (e.g. consulting firm, investment bank, corporate M&A/Corporate Strategy or Business Operations) ideally working on product strategy Interest and excitement about LinkedIn’s products, especially within the Marketing Solutions business Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups and thriving in a dynamic environment Acts like an owner, takes responsibility for one’s actions and for outcomes related to one’s decisions Passionate about the success of LinkedIn’s members, customers and partners Suggested Skills Product Strategy Program Management Partner Management LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $176,000 to $286,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
