The ideal candidate for this position is able to deliver the information, reports, and supports our internal/external customers, team members, and upper management in a timely manner while adapting to change in workload and maintaining current working related knowledge at the same time. In addition, they also will play a key role in bridging the company and the parent company overseas by communicating with both on a regular basis. Develop new methods to work more efficiently as well as provide administrative support in an office environment. They must also be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and sales data driven and remain focused in high-demand situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind.
Understanding of product functionality, structure, and mechanical aspects
Background in engineering or prior experience at a manufacturing company
Ability to analyze products, develop plans, and create product strategies (Product Planning Capability)
Ability to conduct multiple contractor interviews and field visits
Analyze and report on the impact of the company's sales on management
Strive to understand the market and conduct market research when necessary
Accurately analyze and collect various types of data
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Synthesize internal and external information sources, including ERP data, competitor communications, and market research, to identify behavioral patterns and strategies and develop recommendations and actionable insights
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
Communicate data analysis results to managers in written and verbal form and provide suggestions based on results
Key reporting on a monthly basis
Develop annual sales plans by analyzing market trends, competitor activities and economic factors
Analyze metrics and design reports to help you make important business decisions Provide competitive analysis of market offerings from various companies and identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and operating methods
Communicate, liaise and collaborate with the parent company located in Korea and develop plans to refine strategies and analyze business proposals
Develop and design shareholder meeting presentations (primarily PowerPoint) that advance business goals and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides
Understand the new product development process and effectively improve internal communication within the project
Fulfills special project requests from the CEO, internal/external executives, and other departments
Assist and support internal and external team members, management and customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, related industries, markets, products, competitors, customers, etc.
Build effective working relationships with team members
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in workload, assignments and priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Requirements:
Native proficiency in Korean
Analytical techniques that enable the development of data-driven reports
Intermediate: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Ability to solve problems and provide analysis
Ability and willingness to learn and maintain technical product information and sales procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively connect data with colleagues
Works overtime as needed and as requested to complete job duties
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
Experience with CRM and SAP Resource Management programs
