Senior Commercial Counsel – EMEA (Remote in UK) (977-SLS)

Our client, a mission-driven, fast-growing cloud company and leader in real-time analytics, data warehousing, and data observability, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring an attorney to serve as Senior Commercial Counsel. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will be an early member of the company’s legal team. This attorney will be responsible for supporting the EMEA sales team in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements and providing legal support for revenue-generating activities across the EMEA region. This role is remote, based in the UK. This role includes a competitive base salary and equity package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
