We   partner with C-Suite Leaders to co-create their future ways of working, based on their unique business and growth strategy – serving as the foundation for total enterprise reinvention.    How?    We are an end-to-end partner from strategy to design to activation to optimization, guiding clients through the age of AI to deliver the most impactful programs of their careers   We improve work   experiences   to create careers that employees love.   We design based on data & insights, and our proven methodologies.   We bring   the AI -based tools and roadmaps to help our clients do their best work.   The work of an Operating Model Consultant usually consists of:   Design Fit-for-Purpose operating models :   You   will   shape strategic visions   that guide transformation   and   develop   detailed operating model s   in which clear structures ,   roles and   responsibilities and processes are defined.    Engage with senior stakeholders : You will help stakeholders in   understanding their biggest business challenges and priorities and translate this into   a   final design. You will   build   relationships with clients   and be   a trusted expert   who understand s   the   goal and context of the transformation.    Leverage Data-Driven Insights :   You will   leverage   data intelligence to   identify   ways to reduce and automate tactical work,   optimize   and digitize processes, and build future-state capabilities , and advise on   how (Agentic) AI   can be used to   optimize   the workflow.    Design   end-to-end processes :   You will   design and simplif y complex processes to improve efficienc y and   user experience   while aligning with broader transformation goals and business priorities.    Embed Digital Capabilities :   You will support leading organizations   transform   their organization/business function   through the adoption   digital/cloud   platforms such as   SAP,   Oracle   and Workday,   and focu s on improving user experiences   through these digital platforms .      With all our roles, there is in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. You will work across   our   industries ,   being Financial   services , Health & Public   services , Products ,   Resources   and   Communications, Media & Technology clients .     W e work in different   project capabilities, like Change Management, Leadership & Culture, Operating Model/Talent Strategy/HR Transformation, and Cyber Human Factors.    #LI-EU Here's   what   you'll   need    An academic   Master's   degree    Demonstrated   experience in   Operating model design and implementation, process   transformation   and/or digital strategies & transformation.   Typical experience would include   supporting large-scale transformation journeys,   designing   and implementing operating models Consulting experience with project-based ways of working (from origination to solutioning & delivery) At least 3- 7   years of consulting or industry experience, with   a track record   of supporting complex transformation projects   from design to activation,   combined with project management and stakeholder engagement skills Fluent in English, Dutch fluency preferred    Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver  *N ote: We are seeking candidates for both Consultant and Manager positions .   During the interview process we will assess which   position   is more aligned to your knowledge and   level of   experience.    What's   in it for you    Accenture is a global company with a world-class brand and reputation.
