What is the role? Roku is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Core Analytics team supporting the Roku TV organization. In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to executive business leaders, proactively identifying areas of the business requiring attention and formulating actionable insights. You will retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and visualize large-scale data sets to fuel some of Roku's most significant business decisions. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards, designing and executing experimentation frameworks, and building data pipelines that power automation and reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align data science initiatives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong ownership mindset spanning the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch tracking.  For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $179,900 - $212,300 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
