Senior Director of Analytics

City/State: , Department: Office Of The EXEC Director RHIO Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Job Summary This position provides strategic oversight to define and execute a unified strategy for analytics, operations and SHIN-NY support to ensure alignment with BronxRHIO's mission and vision. Collaborates with data requesters- providers, public health departments, CBOs, researchers, etc. Oversee projects to ensure completion within time constraints and high quality. Hiring, supervision and mentoring of project staff. Lead Bronx RHIO analytics team in identifying and addressing client data needs for value based payment, quality improvement, research and care management. Ensure that all RHIO informatics output is high quality and includes only validated, properly normalized data from all sources, that reporting logic is sound and that output mechanisms meet user requirements. Lead expansion of use of RHIO data into Research utilizing HIE data. Lead expansion of Bronx RHIO's analytic functionality. Position is 100% externally funded.
