In this role, you won’t just design and build components—you will design and build the environments that test them. You’ll build and power the lab infrastructure, control systems, and simulation platforms that replicate real-world operating conditions for some of the most advanced aerospace systems in the world.
From jet engine fuel systems to electronic engine controls and environmental control systems, your work will directly enable innovation, validation, and mission success.
What You Will Do
Design and build advanced test environments that simulate real-world operating conditions for aerospace products including aircraft systems, Environmental Control Systems, jet engine fuel pumps, satellite thermal systems, propeller systems, and Electronic Engine Controls.
Lead the design, specification, procurement, and fabrication oversight of electrical power and control systems.
Develop and implement 3-phase power electronics and distribution systems, motor drives, temperature control, electric heaters (50–1000kW), and facility control systems.

Oversee installation, checkout, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex test setups.
Create product interface wiring harnesses and electrical schematics.
Design systems for hazardous environments (ANSI/NFPA Class I, Div. 1).
Develop and optimize data acquisition and control systems for lab and flight test applications.
Measure and analyze key physical phenomena (temperature, pressure, mass flow, acceleration, speed, electrical properties, etc.) to support cutting-edge engineering product development..
Ensure compliance with NEC/NFPA 70 & 70E, including arc-flash considerations.
Collaborate with Lab Mechanical and Test Engineers to design, build, and operate state-of-the-art test facilities across various specialized labs (Pneumatic, Fuel, Hydro-Mechanical, Vibration, and Electronic).
What You Will Learn
Hands-on experience in Engineering R&D and product validation for cutting-edge aerospace products and systems.
Opportunity to design and build state-of-the-art engineering labs.
Qualifications You Must Have
