Find your fit — and your future.   You will be part of the Developer Velocity Squad within the Levi’s Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization—a team dedicated to accelerating software development speed and quality by   eliminating   bottlenecks,   optimizing   development tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.   This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving Developer   Velocity,   leveraging   AI   capabilities   and advancing DevOps practices to address business challenges in innovative ways.   You will play a key role in driving AI adoption across the software development lifecycle   using   intelligent developer platforms   The role will also focus on integrating Generative AI and AIOps capabilities into developer workflows to improve engineering productivity, deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and faster time-to-market.   As a member of the Developer Velocity Squad, you will join a growing team focused on enhancing   development   experience across the organization while enabling scalable, secure, and AI-enabled DevOps practices that support Levi’s digital transformation journey.   About the Job   Responsible for standardizing, implementing &   maintaining   the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.   Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines & workflows with advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.    Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, reduce operational overhead, and enable intelligent decision-making across the software development lifecycle.   Ensure the deployment framework is seamlessly integrated across all workstreams, adhering to standardized processes and best practices.   Provide ongoing support for production and development environments within a dynamic ecosystem of integrated systems.   L ead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on DevOps tools and practices.   Develop and   maintain   comprehensive technical documentation and requirements related to DevOps technologies, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.    Drive continuous measurement and improvement of developer productivity and   experience through data-driven insights, tooling enhancements, and streamlined engineering workflows.   About You   Candidate should   possess   7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and   maintaining   CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as   GitHub ,   GitHub Actions ,   Harness , and   Jenkins .   5 +   years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools to proactively   identify   bugs, vulnerabilities, and code quality issues.   Minimum 5 years of h ands-on experience in administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.   Strong understanding and hands-on experience in leveraging AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions to accelerate software development, code generation, troubleshooting, automation, and engineering efficiency.   Strong troubleshooting,   analytical,   and problem-solving abilities.   Strong communication ,   collaboration,   & leadership skills.    Understanding   SDLC, Agile   Practices,   & ITIL Frameworks.    Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;   master’s   degree preferred.
