Overview
This position is responsible for leading financial reporting, advanced analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial expertise, advanced technical data skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of complex financial and operational data
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and advanced financial models
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and IT teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through data-driven analysis
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance
Design and automate scalable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Develop predictive models, scenario analyses, and variance reporting to support business decisions
Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, data warehouse, and reporting systems
Lead ad hoc financial and operational analyses for senior leadership and executive teams
Support M&A analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations as needed
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in financial analytics and reporting
Provide management and development to the finance and accounting team
Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support reporting controls and governance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or related field.
5-8+ years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or related roles.
MBA, CPA, or related certification preferred
Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or strategic finance environments
Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting
Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Advanced skills with complex modeling, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud analytics platforms, and financial systems integrations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements independently
Physical Requirments
Must be able to perform repetitive motion activities, such as typing, regularly.
Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects.

Compensation Min USD $135,000.00/Yr.
Compensation Max USD $155,000.00/Yr.
