We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours. The Role: As Seer's founding growth hire, you'll build and own Seer's growth & demand motion from first touch through qualification, building quality relationships with digital and marketing leaders. Seer has 20+ years of relationships, a founder with a strong sense of community, and a library of research that opens doors. Your job is turning that into demand: building genuine relationships with the right people, qualifying real opportunities from polite interest, and collaborating with Business Development. You're consultative enough to hold an executive-level conversation about digital marketing without backup, resourceful enough to build your own playbook, and grounded enough to clean your own HubSpot data.
