Job Description: About the Position   Title:   Senior   H R   Generalist     Reports to:   S enior   Manager, Corporate HR   Location :   Brookfield ,   WI .   Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office   Position Overview   We’re   looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role,   you’ll   provide   hands-on HR support to Corporate Functions,   partner with   managers   and employees across the full employee lifecycle, supporting   recruiting , onboarding, employee support, HR operations, reporting, and   talent   programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping create a positive, well-supported workplace.   If   you’re   an HR professional who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact, join us!   Key Responsibilities     Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding,   offboarding , and day-to-day employee support.   Partner with managers on job descriptions,   offers, organizational changes, and people-related processes.   Maintain   accurate   HR data and support reporting, audits, an d workforce metrics   t hat help inform business decisions.   Provide guidance and support across performance management, employee relations, HR programs, and policy interpretation.   Coordinate key HR   initiatives   and programs, including training, engagement   activities , and special projects.   Lead   our Early Talent Leadership Development and Intern ship   Programs.   Help ensure a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, high-quality support with professionalism and discretion.     Required Qualifications    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources   or   a related field .     At least   5 years of HR experience   in a generalist or broad HR support role.   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with   sound   judgment   and   discretion.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .   Ability to   leverage   AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day work   Strong organizational and project management skills .   Data-driven and analytical mindset .   Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.   The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus .
