Senior Implementation Consultant

The Senior Implementation Consultant serves as a strategic implementation partner and trusted advisor for highly complex, high-visibility, and transformational client programs. This role leads implementation strategy, governance design, and executive stakeholder engagement across nuanced client environments while driving successful launch outcomes through strong judgment, consultative leadership, and cross-functional influence. This role also extends impact beyond individual implementations by mentoring others, shaping best practices, and elevating the overall quality and consistency of implementation work. The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone A: $116,050 - $150,870 + equity + benefits   Zone B: $127,655 - $165,957 + equity + benefits   Zone C: $139,260 - $167,112 + equity + benefits   This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
