Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the recruitment and retention activities of the assigned portfolio and to ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in the process • Provide professional advice to line managers on the employee issues and counsel employees in relation to conditions of employment • Coordinate with line management in monitoring the performance management process and identify key performers for succession planning • Establish and maintain rapport with line managers, recruiters and other banking HR counterparts to maintain market awareness to enhance efficiency of staffing activities • Support the development of human resources policies & procedures and ensure HR plans are well understood and implemented • Ensure the human resources practices are in compliance with statutory requirements Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.   Minimum 6 years’ experience in human resources / relationship management / people development functions, preferably in banking industry. Knowledge and experience in implementing policies and programs of account services activities such as placement, deployment, employee relations and performance management. Strong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations, and applicable related policies and laws. Sound understanding of regulatory requirements relating to HR advisory and recruitment, including but not limited to HKMA’s CG-5 & CG-6.   Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
