Are you passionate about helping leaders, teams and organisations perform at their best? Accenture's Talent & Organisation practice is seeking an experienced Leadership & Culture Senior Manager to partner with C-suite leaders, Executive Teams and Boards to solve complex leadership, culture and organisational challenges. We're looking for trusted advisors with deep expertise in behavioural science, leadership and consulting who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and deliver meaningful business outcomes. Key areas of expertise we're looking for include: Executive coaching and advisory Leadership assessment and executive assessment Leadership development and behaviour change Team effectiveness and senior team facilitation Culture transformation and diagnostics Succession planning and talent strategy Organisational effectiveness and transformation Inclusion and leadership culture initiatives What you'll bring: 10–15+ years' experience in leadership advisory, organisational psychology, executive coaching, leadership development or consulting. Significant experience working directly with senior leaders and Executive Teams. Strong practitioner expertise in leadership assessment, organisational psychology, behaviour change or executive coaching. Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management and consulting skills. Experience leading proposals, shaping solutions and contributing to practice growth. A Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Coaching Psychology or a related discipline. Coaching and/or psychometric accreditation is highly regarded.
