Lead change that delivers lasting impact We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are seeking an experienced Management Consulting Senior Manager to help shape the future of the Nordic insurance industry. We are looking for leaders who combine deep industry expertise with strong transformation capabilities and commercial drive. This role is focused on insurance, with particular interest in candidates with experience from Property & Casualty insurance across areas such as claims, underwriting, distribution, operations, customer experience, core transformation, or digital modernization. About the Role At Accenture Industry and Enterprise – Financial Services, our Senior Managers lead complex transformations from strategy through execution, helping insurers modernize operations, unlock growth, and create measurable business value. You will work closely with C-level executives and senior business leaders across the Nordic insurance market, acting as a trusted advisor on large-scale transformation agendas. You’ll lead programs and client engagements in areas such as: Enterprise transformation and operating model design, defining transformation roadmaps and leading execution across business and technology Insurance modernization, including core platform transformation, claims and underwriting excellence, customer operations, and digital servicing Growth and efficiency programs, leveraging data, AI, automation, and process optimization to improve business performance Business and technology strategy, including platform assessments, target architectures, sourcing strategy, and capability design Value realization and transformation governance, establishing measurable outcomes, KPIs, and executive steering structures AI and data-driven transformation, helping insurers apply analytics and emerging technologies to improve customer experience, decision-making, and operational resilience You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape new client opportunities, and collaborate across Accenture’s global network to bring the best of Accenture to our clients. Meet some of our team members: Per-Erik Wellstedt – Industry and Enterprise Lead Financial Services Sweden Gunnar Wijkmark – I&E Banking Lead Sweden Niclas Jävervall – I&E Insurance Lead Sweden What You Bring 10+ years of experience in management consulting, insurance, or large-scale business transformation within financial services Deep expertise within insurance, with strong preference for Property & Casualty insurance experience Proven track record of leading large transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders, including C-suite relationships Strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales, shaping proposals, originating opportunities, and growing client accounts Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex engagements with measurable business impact Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, data-driven operations, and technology-enabled business change Recognized expertise within a functional or industry domain, with the ability to bring an external point of view and thought leadership to clients Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Swedish and English You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading senior stakeholders, and building long-term trusted client relationships.
