Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Senior Manager, US Cell Therapy Commercialization Analytics (in Madison, NJ).
Duties: Serve as a core team member on Cell Therapy enterprise spanning all products and indications to deliver data-driven insights. Participate in brand and business unit performance review meetings to provide analytic insights to the discussion and determine ways to measure achievement against objectives. Collaborate with other capability leads to identify unmet reporting needs and help leadership make informed strategic decisions. Coordinate with US Cell Therapy data processing and warehousing workstreams to ensure reporting continuity. Focus on the discovery of insights in disparate amounts of data to identify strategic imperatives to drive decision-making. Drive continuous improvement of performance metrics reporting and strategies. Ensure appropriate service delivery to US leadership Executives and brand teams as defined by stakeholder needs and Performance Management leadership direction. Partner with the BIA matrix team to ensure field teams have accurate, reliable, and role appropriate analytical tools. Collaborate with field leadership teams to identify and prioritize enhancement requests. Perform quality assurance and quality control for all executive Performance Management deliverables and escalate issues where appropriate. Ensure all business unit organizational dashboards and reports continue to be refreshed and enhanced for organization decision making and performance measurement and tracking. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation.
Must have three (3) year of experience in the following skills (which may be gained concurrently):
- Developing and using advanced analytics and reporting techniques in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Analyzing large data sets of pharmaceutical secondary data, including national and sub-national data sources;
- Interacting with relational databases using Tableau visualization and SQL;
- Conducting patient level data analytics;
- Integrating pharmaceutical customer master data concepts;
- Programing languages for advanced analytics and data processing including Python, SAS, SQL, and R.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
