This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for shaping how we attract, engage, and convert top-tier talent across technical and mission-critical domains.  You will own the employer brand marketing strategy end-to-end—from audience segmentation and storytelling to channel strategy, campaign execution, and performance measurement. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, Communications, and leadership to position Shield AI as a destination for builders, engineers, and operators driven by mission and impact.  This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—someone who can define the vision while also building and launching campaigns in a fast-moving environment.  #LI-AD7 #LD Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
