About the Senior Product Solutions Manager, Health Plans at Headspace:
Headspace’s mission to improve the health and happiness of the world requires that our mental health solutions integrate seamlessly with the complex healthcare ecosystem. As mental health becomes central to whole-person care, our Health Plan partners require tailored solutions that drive member outcomes while meeting rigorous clinical and regulatory standards.
We are seeking a Senior Product Solutions Manager to own the strategy for onboarding and growing our solutions specifically for Health Plan partners. This role sits at the intersection of clinical strategy, data interoperability, and commercial delivery. You will own the product solution lifecycle, taking our core mental health offerings and configuring them for payer-specific needs, driving member activation, and ensuring we deliver the ROI evidence required for long-term health plan partnerships. At Headspace, product leaders are expected to lead with curiosity, model purposeful experimentation, give and receive feedback with care, and maintain an unwavering commitment to the member and partner experience.
What you will do:
Health Plan Solution Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for Health Plan-specific solution packages, ensuring our products meet the unique configuration and integration requirements of large payers.
Onboarding & Lifecycle Growth: Lead the technical and operational onboarding of new Health Plan partners, ensuring a seamless implementation of eligibility, SSO, and data reporting workflows.
Clinical Evidence Loop: Partner with Product Science, Clinical, and Data teams to ensure our solutions demonstrate clear clinical impact (e.g., PHQ/GAD trends) and ROI, providing the evidence health plans need for program renewal.
Partner-Specific Configurations: Serve as the product expert for Health Plan requirements, identifying which features should be standardized vs. customized, and maintaining a scalable configuration framework.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the coordination between Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, and Engineering to ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality experiences that drive member retention within payer-sponsored populations.
Reporting & Analytics: Own the reporting surfaces for Health Plan partners, ensuring visibility into population health metrics, engagement signals, and clinical outcomes.
What you will bring :
Required Skills:
3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, or Sales Engineering in B2B2C, health tech, or payer/provider environments.
Deep understanding of health plan eligibility systems, HIEs, or clinical data interoperability (e.g., FHIR, HIPAA environments).
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product launches or technical implementations with external stakeholders.
Strong analytical fluency and ability to translate clinical and engagement data into actionable value narratives for commercial partners.
Exceptional communication skills; able to translate technical platform constraints into business-friendly language.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments
Familiarity with eligibility systems, data integrations, or interoperability (e.g., HIEs, payer systems)
Experience supporting B2B or enterprise onboarding workflows
Exposure to admin tools, configuration systems, or platform UX
Passion for mental health and Headspace’s mission
