Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the A-MH (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood, Missouri .
Position Responsibilities:
Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
Conducts and guides supplier assessments
Develops current and projected work statement
Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
Develops and executes work movement plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift:
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
More than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
Conflict of Interest:
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 40% of the time.

Summary pay range: $113,900 - $140,700
