Perform tax documentation process which drives withholding and reporting Review various Tax documents for both the US and CAD market for accuracy Assign withholding rates to client's account based upon account structure and treaty eligibility Assist with Canada Tax reporting to Canada Revenue Authority Upload tax documents to Taxminder system Enrich Client's tax data in Taxminder system Respond to client's tax documentation inquiries Assist with Tax Documentation issues checker review and validation of documentation Scan and save documentation Identify and implement process improvements Draft processing procedures 2+ years of business; 1+ year of finance and/or related experience Strong knowledge of Custody business and awareness of income processing Knowledge of US and Canada tax documents preferred Excellent analytical skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to satisfy deadlines, resolves problems, and manages shifting priorities Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word Strong leader and driver for results Ability to implement process improvement strategies Multi-tasking and assertive with hi-energy Self-starter with high energy, initiative and self-motivated Thanks & Regards Praveen K Paila 470-202-1117
