This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate daily account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments Monitor account performance and assist in resolving service-related inquiries Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for assigned accounts Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth transitions Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Proficiency in basic office tools and systems Competitive salary ($49,000 – $53,000 annually) Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Skill development and ongoing training Supportive and team-oriented work environment Full-time position with consistent schedule
