Service Advisor

Dealership: L0310 Nissan of Downtown LA Nissan of Downtown LA Now Hiring: Service Advisor Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus depending on experience. Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually Schedule: Full Time Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm. Why Join Our Team? Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. What You'll Bring 1+ year of previous Service Advisor experience. We value prior experience as an automotive technician. A team player who is focused on providing world-class customer service. Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earning Range is $64,500 - $161,800. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
