What You'll Do Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail Communication skills Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Basic computer skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
