Backed by Lithia & Driveway with 300+ dealerships nationwide A team culture that rewards execution and accountability Uncapped opportunity to earn at the top of the pay scale Career growth across 30+ brands in 25 states What You'll Do Be the liaison between customers and technicians Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles Write accurate, profitable, and complete repair orders based on both customer needs and technician recommendations Present inspection results with confidence to close work, build value, and maximize customer pay Control timelines, approvals, and expectations Maintain exceptional CSI, retention, and revenue metrics What You'll Bring 2+ years of previous Service Advisor experience Well-versed in using CDK Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention A process-driven, team-oriented mindset Solid automotive service knowledge Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
