Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits. Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly. Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities. Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records. What We're Looking For ✔ Outstanding customer service and communication skills ✔ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic ✔ Comfortable speaking on the phone and building customer relationships ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Computer proficiency and attention to detail ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ✔ Automotive dealership or call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
