Service Technician

Dealership: L0052 BMW of Spokane BMW of Spokane BMW Technician Pay: Earning range of $29 to $40 flat rate depending on experience. Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Service Manager. Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive vehicle inspections. Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and service protocols. Communicate directly with service advisors and customers, providing clear repair estimates and status updates. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace. The earning range in this role is $29 to $40 flat rate. This is a production-driven role. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
