Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Complete Maintenance Technician Pay: $21-$21 flat rate Schedule: Schedule is on a rotation and will include some Saturdays. This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager. As a Complete Maintenance Technician, you will help deliver high-quality service to our customers by performing routine maintenance and light repair services on Toyota vehicles and other makes/models. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Document services completed and communicate findings with advisors Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality expertise What You'll Bring Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills ASE certifications (ideal but not required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 1+ years of experience as a technician and with the Toyota brand Motivated to grow with this team through manufacturer training Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
