Shift Leader

*Please note the schedule for this role is: 2:45pm-11:30 pm, Saturdays as needed* The Shift Leader reports directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for leading production operations during a shift. This includes leading and training the staff, following production processes, and coordinating maintenance and upkeep of equipment with the maintenance team. The Shift Lead must follow best practices of operating in a USDA facility and lead efforts to continuously improve processes in a lean environment. The Shift Lead works closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure that productivity targets are met, and downtime events are kept to a minimum.
