Description of Work We are currently recruiting for Clinical Social Workers at Whitaker PRTF. As part of the Child and Family Services Section, it provides residential care, supervision, and educational services for 18 youth ages 13-17 with complex behavioral, emotional, psychological, and neurological disorders. It also provides community liaison support services for students and families with a staffing complement of 72 full-time clinical, educational, residential and support positions. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $52,592.00 - $92,036.00 A Sign-on bonus of $5,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval. This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement.   The normal work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., flexible; however, flexibility is required to meet facility needs. *Eligibility for Sign-on Bonus* To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a prorated rate.
