Position Purpose: The Software Engineering Lead at the company will spearhead the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing resource allocation. Direct Manager Direct Reports: The Technical Lead will report directly to the Manager, Software Engineering . This role does not have any direct reports, but the Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional project teams, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Travel Requirements: The Technical Lead will be required to undertake occasional travel to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct project assessments, and represent the organization at key industry events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. Physical Requirements: The Technical Lead position involves working in a standard office environment, with duties requiring extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use.
