Must have skills : Master Data Management (MDM) Good to have skills : Snowflake Data Warehouse Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized process methodologies to tailor solutions that align with the defined scope of services, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in the creation of responses and providing ongoing operational support. Collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders are essential to ensure smooth progress and successful delivery of solutions within the organizational framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team performance and solution quality. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices related to master data management. - Ability to design and implement scalable data management solutions that support business objectives. - Experience with data integration techniques and tools to ensure data consistency across systems. - Familiarity with data quality management and data stewardship processes to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
