We are currently hiring motivated, caring, and energetic Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. No RBT certification yet? No problem — we provide RBT training and reimbursement for certification costs! What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism and developmental needs Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect session data and collaborate with the clinical team Build positive and supportive relationships with families and clients What We’re Looking For: Spanish speaking required High school diploma required Experience working with children preferred, but not required Passionate, reliable, and eager to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel within assigned areas What We Offer: Competitive pay: $25–$28/hour Flexible scheduling Paid training opportunities RBT training and certification reimbursement Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented environment If you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can truly make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
