Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People: • Supports and mentors junior staff. • Contributes to team development and knowledge sharing. Client: • Executes significant portions of tax accounting method engagements. • Performs detailed tax research and develops technical analyses. • Drafts technical memoranda and client deliverables. • Interact with clients to gather data and clarify issues. Value: • Reviews work of consultants for accuracy. • Manages assigned tasks within project timelines. • Contributes to process improvements and documentation standards. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required • CPA, JD, or Master of Taxation preferred or in progress • 2–4 years of experience in tax consulting or corporate tax • Excellent communication, business development, and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license required. Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.
