Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and increase the sales volume of assigned accounts in accordance with stated company plan; develop sales forecasts and account potentials
Sell Professional Line products to direct customers and end users in a prescribed account list by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers in an assigned account list
Manage all partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater value to the customer; address customer inquiries and concerns
Drive average net sales price and overall P&L impact at the end user level by managing pricing programs
Travel to facilities and conduct product evaluations and site surveys; conduct customer presentations around product
Facilitate quote management and order fulfillment to effectively deliver product, pricing and sales information to customers and team using insights and data
Develop and implement strategies for marketing to accounts and end users, working directly with systems marketing group
Participate in partnership program implementation and negotiation as needed
Leverage strong corporate awareness to influence strategic business decisions
Represent Sales team on assigned cross-functional projects
Participate in trade shows
Develop and maintain customer specific construction specifications
Support and mentor Sales Representatives
Travel with Sales Representatives in a supporting role for new customer development
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams .
Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential .
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies .
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed .
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
5+ years of sales experience
Experience working directly with Fortune 500 companies
Experience working with virtual teams and collaboration tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong public speaking skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, manuals, bulletins and other specifications
Mechanical aptitude
Proficient in the use of a CRM
Other:
Able to travel up to 30% - domestically; valid driver's license
Emerging technology mindset; excited about new and emerging technologies and a desire to help deliver new connected products and services to customers

The pay range for this position is $72,300.00 - $116,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
