Working closely with our customers who are focused on heterogeneously integrated solutions. Focus is on RFIC, RF module and multichip module design space.
Helping customers adopt and proliferate our systems solutions including heterogeneous integration and electromagnetic and thermal analysis
Consulting with customers to understand their flow requirements and creating solutions that best meet their needs
Conducting technical presentations, technical training, and product demonstrations, including development of customized presentations
Supporting technical evaluations and benchmarks
Collaborating with Sales Management to identify and prioritize opportunities, and to assist in developing winning sales strategies
Working with Cadence Engineering and Marketing to communicate requirements and drive resolution of issues
Required Experience/Skills:
BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Minimum 10 years of practical experience with Cadence custom schematic and layout tools is required
Must possess a working knowledge of electromagnetic solvers and analog simulation
CAD experience in setting up Cadence tools is desirable
Experience in parasitic extraction flows is a plus
Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skills are essential
Ability to work independently and productively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
The annual salary range for California is $123,200 to $228,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
