Job Description Role Summary   The Senior Product Manager is accountable for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise supply chain distribution platforms, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).   This role serves as a strategic leader at the intersection of distribution operations, supply chain engineering, automation, and enterprise IT, driving the delivery of scalable, integrated, and high-performing solutions that enable real-time warehouse execution, labor optimization, inventory accuracy, and end-to-end fulfillment visibility.   The Senior Product Manager partners closely with engineering, architecture, data, and operations leaders to translate complex warehouse and fulfillment challenges into differentiated product capabilities that deliver measurable improvements in throughput, service levels, and cost efficiency.   Key Responsibilities   Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for distribution systems (WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, WCS) aligned to enterprise supply chain objectives   Identify opportunities to improve warehouse throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance using technology and data insights   Lead product discovery efforts with distribution operations, engineering, and automation teams to validate solutions and define value-driven capabilities   Own the full lifecycle of distribution technology products, from ideation through implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement   Develop and prioritize product backlogs, epics, and user stories aligned to core warehouse workflows (receiving,   put away , replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, yard execution)   Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across WMS, WES, WCS, robotics, and material handling systems   Enable system orchestration and real-time execution through integration across warehouse, automation, transportation, and order management systems   Lead cross-functional agile teams spanning IT, supply chain, automation/controls engineering, and operations   Serve as the primary liaison between distribution operations, DC leadership, automation teams, and IT delivery teams   Influence senior stakeholders on product strategy, prioritization, automation investments, and trade-offs across cost, service, and scalability   Champion a data-driven, operations-first mindset using warehouse KPIs, system telemetry, and user feedback   Define and track KPIs such as order throughput, pick rates, dock-to-stock time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment SLAs   Analyze product and operational performance data to drive prioritization and continuous optimization   Evaluate technical trade-offs across speed, cost, system complexity, and automation integration   Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and operational continuity in warehouse environments   Drive continuous improvement initiatives including legacy system modernization, automation enablement, and technical debt reduction   Qualifications & Skills   8+ years of product management experience in enterprise supply chain or distribution technology environments   Proven experience delivering or managing WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, or WCS platforms   Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment flows, and distribution center processes   Experience integrating enterprise systems including OMS, TMS, ERP, and automation/controls platforms   Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture   Experience leading Agile or   SAFe   product teams   Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link technology investments to operational outcomes   Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across IT and operations leadership   Ability to influence senior leaders on complex system and operational decisions   Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in large-scale distribution environments   High ownership, accountability, and results orientation   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
