Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Commitment to safety and compliance standards. Operate a ball mill circuit and slag dryer to process materials efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards. Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move materials throughout the plant. Collect material samples, perform basic quality control testing, and make process adjustments as needed to ensure product quality. Assist with routine plant maintenance and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to support safe and reliable operations. What Are We Looking For Experience operating heavy equipment, with front-end loader experience strongly preferred. Commitment to safety and compliance standards. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Comfort working at heights and in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Quality control experience is not required; training will be provided for testing responsibilities.
