What You Will Do The EPA will be responsible for assisting hardware engineers and lab technicians with administrative, documentation, process, and general engineering related support activities. Individuals must demonstrate the ability to support several engineers, providing a wide variety of administrative and computer skills to assist engineering projects, including: Order/receive materials and supplies as needed for the lab, not for repair units Chemical Ordering Participate in meetings and tasks that pop up as needed Oversee and track preventive maintenance of SensorPac lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing downtime Equipment Calibration Monitor Recall List Submit PRs Schedule Calibration Collect Equipment Age Sensitive Material Monitors Levels Order Material Stock Dispose Material Availability Monitor Levels Order Material Work Prioritization Communication Team Meetings Comm to VSL / RCF Preventative Maintenance Manage System Complete PMs Record Ext PMs ESAT Monitor Plan Complete ESAT Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. Qualifications We Prefer: Strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as O365 Outlook. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, DOORs, SharePoint.
