Practice:   Health & Public Service, Industry Consulting, Global Network Areas of Work:   Healthcare Payer/Provider Level:   Analyst / Consultant (Level 11/9) Location:   Bangalore / Chennai Job Summary: As part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network, the Health Change Management Consultant will lead adoption initiatives for healthcare and public service clients undergoing digital and AI-enabled transformations. Key responsibilities include: assessing change readiness, creating stakeholder engagement strategies, managing communication/training programs, and enabling successful adoption of AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud solutions across healthcare ecosystems. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop change management strategies for digital and operational transformation programs. Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness and capability gaps. Design change impact assessments for people, processes, policies, and technologies. Define governance frameworks and escalation mechanisms for adoption risks. Create communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., clinicians, public health officials). Develop engagement maps for stakeholder alignment and advocacy. Design and deliver blended learning training programs and scalable "train-the-trainer" frameworks. Monitor adoption barriers and define metrics to track program impact. Apply change management to healthcare modernization initiatives, including AI adoption readiness and operational transitions. Additional Information: Work on AI-powered healthcare transformation programs. Collaborate globally to drive behavioral changes. Access certification pathways in AI and Cloud. Travel flexibility for client workshops and implementations. Must-Have Experience: Minimum 3-8 years in health consulting domain.
