In this practice, you will work with leading Chemicals clients across the globe, covering their end-to-end value chain while driving the following initiatives: Leverage industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience for our clients in the chemical industry, boosting their efficiency. Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and take part in project delivery. Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges. Deliver potential solutions along application of enterprise solutions and digital technologies in chemical and processing units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, managing ERP related processes, maintenance and reliability, sustainability and industrial automation. Provide sound solutions within all aspects of chemical value chain. And if you’re located in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home! 🌎 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS: Engineering or Master's degree in Chemical, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams. 3-8 years consulting and/or Chemical industry experience Knowledge of business processes in the industry, value chain and KPIs Exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP and/or business solutions like optimization tools, inventory management solutions, and so on Knowledge of one or more of the SAP modules like SAP-PM, SAP-SD, SAP-PP, SAP-QM, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP IBP, SAP TM or similar Experience in implementing SAP Enterprise Transformations and/or digital transformation projects is preferable Experience creating business cases and transformation roadmaps in Chemical industry Exposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industry Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace Proficiency in python, SQL and other programming is an added advantage QUALIFICATIONS: People Management skills — supervision of junior resources Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight Strong writing skills to build viewpoints on current industry trends Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Project management and/or Change Management skills AT ACCENTURE, EQUALITY DRIVES INNOVATION Did you know that Accenture was chosen as the most diverse and inclusive company in the world?
