If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care — this is your place. $2,000 Sign On Bonus Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 *Dependent on licensure, education and tenure Schedule: Monday 10a - 8p    Tuesday 10a - 8p (WFH)Wednesday 9a - 7p    Thursday 9a - 7p  Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Qualifications Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline required. Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: LCSW/LMSW, LADAC I/II, LPC-MHSP/LPC, LMFT/MFT & also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation. 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
